Advanced chat system with live command suggestions and roleplay features for FiveM

FX-Chat replaces the default FiveM chat with a command-aware system featuring live command suggestions filtered as you type, with descriptions and permission checking. The resource includes two draggable panels: a command line with message flow on the left, and an optional general chat window with history, GIF support and slow mode on the right. Both panels remember their position per player.

Roleplay actions (/me and /do) render above the character's head in 3D as well as in chat, with configurable colours, distances, cooldowns and an anonymous mask option. Job channels route by QB job type rather than job name, so a single /pdchat entry covers all police departments. All validation occurs server-side with no client-side trust, including text length, permissions, distance and message recipients.
