Cfx.reFixitfy is a licensed seller on the Cfx.re Marketplace. Every purchase is delivered as a key in your Cfx Keymaster.
Each script and map in the store has passed Cfx.re review before going on sale. Nothing here is unlisted or grey-market.

Plenty of scripts idle fine. What hurts a server is the hitch when something triggers, and memory that keeps climbing the longer it stays up. Ours hold flat, at idle and under load. Watch the spikes and the memory column, then press the button.
