Terms of Service

When you buy a product you receive a licence to use that resource on your RedM or FiveM server. You are not buying the resource itself: ownership of the code, models and artwork stays with Fixitfy Studio.

Payments are processed by Tebex. Tebex Limited is the merchant of record: it handles billing, sales tax and VAT, and payment disputes. Prices on this site may be shown in your currency for convenience; you are charged in the currency shown at the Tebex checkout.

Products are delivered as escrowed assets (Cfx.re Asset Escrow) to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout, and appear in that account's Keymaster. Sign in with the account your server runs on: we cannot move an asset to a different Cfx.re account.

• You may use the resource on servers you own or run, and configure it through the files we leave open.
• You may not resell, share, leak, re-upload or redistribute the resource or any part of it, paid or free.
• You may not attempt to remove or bypass the escrow protection.
• You may not present the resource, or a modified version of it, as your own work.

We publish updates through the same Keymaster entry. Support is provided through the Fixitfy Discord. We help with installation and fix defects in our products; we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource or server setup.

If these terms are broken, for example by leaking a resource, or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, we may revoke the licence and remove access through Cfx.re.

Resources are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Fixitfy Studio is not liable for indirect losses such as lost server revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version in force when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
