• Account details from the sign-in you choose: your Discord ID, username and avatar, and your email address if Discord shares it.
• Your Cfx.re username, when you link it or buy through Tebex.
• Purchase and ownership records: which products you own, when, and the order reference from Tebex.

We do not receive or store card or payment details; those stay with Tebex.

• To deliver what you bought and show it in your library.
• To apply loyalty (tier) discounts you have earned.
• To help you when you ask for support.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud and leaks.

Tebex processes payments and is the merchant of record. Cfx.re delivers escrowed assets to your Keymaster. Discord provides sign-in and hosts our community and support. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart, currency choice and sound preference are kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep purchase and ownership records for as long as your licences exist, because they prove what you own. You can ask us to delete the rest of your account data.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for your licences, accounting or the law. Contact us on Discord and we will reply.
