Refund Policy

A purchase is delivered to your Cfx.re Keymaster as soon as payment completes. Because the resource is in your hands at that point, purchases are generally final.

If a product is defective and we cannot fix it, we will refund it. Tell us on Discord within a reasonable time after buying, describe the problem, and give us the chance to help first: most issues are configuration and are solved quickly.

Requests are handled case by case.

Assets go to the Cfx.re account used at checkout and cannot be moved. If you bought on the wrong account, contact us before doing anything else and we will see what we can do.

Payments are processed by Tebex, and Tebex's own refund terms also apply. Refunds are paid back through Tebex to the original payment method.

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. A chargeback revokes the licence for the products in that order.
